Instructions

Take (4) capsules before bed on an empty stomach. Take other supplements 1 hr before/after taking Catch DTX.

Ultra Cellular Cleanse & Detox: To be Used Periodically for Deeper Cellular Cleansing. For 15 days take (8) capsules before bed on an empty stomach. Take other supplements 1 hr before/after taking Catch DTX. Increase your water intake for better results.

NOTE: The Ultra Cellular Cleanse is followed by a 15-day pause. It can be used periodically for deeper cleansing and in conjunction with a weight loss program.
